This website is operated by Infronte for the Infronte SOJT (Structured On-the-Job Training) programme. Infronte is responsible for the personal information you share through it.

What we collect
When you apply through the Apply to Join form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), country, current career stage, preferred training pathway, and, if you choose to share them, a description of your technical experience and your reasons for applying.
We also record when you gave consent and which version of this notice you agreed to.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as identity documents, health details or financial information through this website.
How we use your information
We use your application to assess whether the programme is right for you, to contact you about your application and the next steps, and to plan the programme.
We do not use your application for marketing unrelated to the programme.
Where your information is stored
Applications are stored in a secured database provided by Supabase, hosted in the United Kingdom. Only authorised members of the programme team can access it.
When you apply, the programme team receives a short email alert containing your name, email, country, career stage and pathway, sent through the email service Resend.
To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a person. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for this purpose.
How long we keep it
We automatically delete each application 12 months after it was submitted.
You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and withdraw your application at any time.

Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle your information changes.
